Certificates / prints are tied to a personal transmission experience, and this begins immediately after successful payment.
Therefore orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
