Certificates / Prints

Certificates and prints are tied to a personal transmission experience, which begins immediately after successful payment.

Once purchased, the voice message becomes part of the Orpheo Cosmic Transmission Archive and partner transmission workflow, and cannot be changed after personalization or production has begun.

Therefore, orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

Orpheo will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
