These Terms govern the use of Orpheo and the purchase of digital/physical products (certificates, hoodies).

2. Accounts & Use

You agree not to misuse the service or infringe third-party rights.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout where applicable.

4. Delivery & Fulfillment

Certificates and hoodies are produced to order (Printify/partners); timelines vary by region.

5. IP

Designs, templates, and the Orpheo brand remain our IP. You retain rights in your audio, which you license to us for production/hosting.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence where permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

German law applies; consumer mandatory protections remain unaffected.
